Unfortunately today backpacks are the target loot for a mission in NY. The target loot changes every day. To check it, in game go into your map and push up on the D-pad (not sure for PC). It will change all the missions and districts into target loot logos. Matchmaking is your friend. The more people you run with, the more loot drops.I think Memento is a great backpack.
