These are Montreal style bagels, so thinner and crispier than your average bagel. They have a great texture and crunch. The bummer about this place is the prices. These are hands down the most ridiculous bagel prices I've ever seen, charging $19.50 for a smoked salmon bagel with some capers and onions.
