I mentioned in the gym rats thread last night that I was going to be starting a journal / log on this forum from today, documenting my progress in a 12 week 'transformation' journey. I am using Kris Gethin's article on bodybuilding.com as a platform for change, hoping that...Probably have my progress pictures from Gethin's program around somewhere if people are interested. I did this program back in march-may. I was able to drop around 30lbs over the 12 weeks, but obviously since I was eating at a deficit the strength gains were not what they would be had I been eating more.Both of these programs look interesting to me, and I definitely want to do one of them starting next week.
