Feb 11, 2016 · My case is i485 employment based and have a dependent too. We filed i-485 on feb 2015 to TSC. On feb 1st week 2016, our cases were assigned to adjudicating officer with a message that we have to wait 60 days. Yesterday we got email that our cases have been transferred to another uscis office saying that office has now jurisdiction over your case.
