AI SCAVs doesn't normally have a lot of loot sometimes good loot but not much. If they have a backpack full of stuff that's a player SCAV 99% of the time. The 100% way to tell if it was AI or player scav is if there is a slot for the Secure Container. AI do not have it. Player Scavs do.
