How do i reset sonos playbar

How can I configure my Sonos PLAYBAR to be controlled using my TV remote control (Sony Bravia)? I don’t have any other Sonos products, nor do I want to have to use a different device (i.e., Sonos app on my phone) to change the volume of my TV. My Sonos PLAYBAR is not currently connected to my Wifi network.
