Mine is a little different in that most of the times it occurs from 1200-2000 rpms. But can occur at highway speeds IF you are accelerating (gently IE: not jumping on it).

I have transmission vibration/shudder when the transmission shifts to a higher gear and RPM drops to 1500. This is happening mostly when going uphill. Could be motor mount, suspension bushing, etc. One way to check for motor mount is to put it in gear, press hard on the brake, and hit the gas.
