Gmc acadia shakes when accelerating

Apr 16, 2022 · Having the same issue on my 2020 GMC Acadia. Dealer performed the bulletin that pertains to 2020 but didn't fix issue. Mine is a little different in that most of the times it occurs from 1200-2000 rpms. But can occur at highway speeds IF you are accelerating (gently IE: not jumping on it).

I have transmission vibration/shudder when the transmission shifts to a higher gear and RPM drops to 1500. This is happening mostly when going uphill. I need to keep pressing the accelerator and rising the RPM to stop this vibration/shudder. P0700 is a common code if it’s an electrical issue related to the transmission. Could be motor mount, suspension bushing, etc. One way to check for motor mount is to put it in gear, press hard on the brake, and hit the gas.
