The brand is no longer owned by the famous friends, however. In 2017, the popular, multinational beverage company, Diageo, purchased Casamigos. Diageo paid a whopping seven-hundred-million dollars for the brand. But that’s not all. A further three-hundred million dollars was paid due to the brand’s performance at that time.
