Either a Walbro or ACDelco EP-241.This is an Edelbrock Performer manifold and a Holley Street Avenger carb on a zz383 Stroker. Vortec heads and manifold. It is hard to see but the oil seems to be traveling from the base of the carb up front and maybe being pushed by the engine fan back and then down into this valley in the manifold.The manifolds should bolt up without a problem if your drivers side head has 3 bolt holes on cylinder #1.
